US-based third-party hotel operator and investor Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG) has appointed Jessica Myers as the new vice president of finance and accounting.
This strategic move is aimed at enhancing owner satisfaction in financial reporting.
Myers said: “HVMG has built a deserved reputation as a leading hospitality operator whose ‘Be Excellent’ culture resonates with team members and owners alike.
“I look forward to bringing my financial experience to the team as the company expands its portfolio nationwide.”
In her new role, Myers will oversee the corporate team responsible for producing monthly financial statements.
With corporate, above-property and property-level experience, she will ensure that processes are executed consistently to provide timely, appropriate financial information.
Before her appointment at HVMG, Myers was vice president of finance for Pyramid Global Hospitality.

“She led and provided oversight for the finance teams for some of the most iconic properties in the US, such as the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix and the La Quinta Resort in Palm Springs. HVMG is known for its expertise in revitalising underperforming hotels and optimising the performance of stable properties.
The company’s portfolio includes independent, boutique, full-service, select-service, and extended-stay hotels, operating under brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Hard Rock, and IHG.
Earlier this year, HVMG also announced the appointment of industry veteran Gary Kunesh as senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Additionally, the company launched Elevate Renovations + Development, a division dedicated to providing specialised project management and asset lifecycle services to the hospitality sector.
